Global Iron Chelates Market Definition

Iron chelates are an iron supplement for plants that have been treated with a chelator to keep the iron in a form the plant can absorb. It was designed to help plants with iron chlorosis, a type of iron insufficiency in which plants are unable to absorb iron minerals from the soil. This is also known as lime chlorosis or iron chlorosis. With time, the leaves turn pale and begin to die, resulting in the plant’s overall growth being stunted.
