The
The rising consumer awareness of the declining freshwater amount across geographies is one of the factors propelling the growth of the India rainwater collecting system market. One of the main reasons driving the expansion of India’s market for rainwater collecting systems is the rising demand for these systems from farmers and large enterprises. The rising need for water for irrigation, which is essential for maintaining crop productivity and combating climatic disasters such as drought, is the cause of this rise in agriculturalists' demand. So, collecting rainwater and putting it away for later use has become a dependable choice for them.
Enhanced Importance of WASH Sector Creates Revenue Opportunities
The
The WASH industry is becoming more significant and well-known in poorer regions as a result of the pandemic. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for water and sanitation must be met by nations. Following the COVID-19 epidemic, it is envisaged that these discoveries will present business prospects for market participants in rainwater gathering.
High Initial Cost, and Maintenance of Systems
Techniques for collecting surface runoff and rooftop rainwater are becoming more and more common in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. During the projected period, the market for rainwater harvesting is expected to have a strong CAGR. However, obstacles to the widespread use of rainwater collecting, including high starting costs, erratic rainfall, and ongoing maintenance, are limiting market expansion. Therefore, in order to increase rainwater harvesting's acceptance across many industries, stakeholders must raise awareness of its environmental advantages.

projects that are intended to gather rainfall and direct it for groundwater
recharging in chosen villages. According to the most recent information,
rooftop water harvesting systems have now taken off in Nashik district, with
four villages in the Nashik taluka serving as a trial project. At least 69
